The best and most efficient way to reach guest services is by email:

**AS OF 01/05/2016** Due to the announcement that Le Cordon Bleu Campuses will be closing their doors in the US our call center has been eliminated and phone number deactivated. To reach a Bleu Ribbon Kitchen Representative you must submit your request through the Guest Services email. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. During this transition, our staff numbers have significantly decreased, therefore wait times for a response may vary. We ask for your patience and understanding. 

Representatives are not available by phone and are only available during our hours of operation. 

It is not recommended that Bleu Ribbon Kitchen guests call the campus direct unless your question is location specific. (Parking, Directions, Local accomodations) Campus staff does not have access to order history or class roster information and you will be asked to email Guest Services.
